Terms of Service

By accessing or using walinks.co (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone who accesses or uses the Service, whether anonymously or with a registered account.

walinks.co is a WhatsApp link shortener that allows users to start WhatsApp conversations without saving a phone number. The Service includes:

• Short WhatsApp links with pre-filled messages
• QR codes for each link
• Tool to open WhatsApp chats without saving contacts
• Starter Plan ($4.99/mo): custom aliases, 1 multilink, 1 widget, 7-day analytics
• Pro Plan ($9.99/mo): 20 aliases, 5 multilinks, 2 team links, 3 forms, 30-day analytics
• Business Plan ($24.99/mo): 150 links shared across all sections, 90-day analytics, API access

The free plan allows creating basic links without registration. Advanced features require an account and active subscription.

When creating an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your credentials.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts at our discretion, particularly in cases of violation of these terms.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or unauthorized bulk communications
• Distribute malware, phishing content, or illegal materials
• Violate WhatsApp's or Meta's Terms of Service
• Harass, threaten, or harm other people
• Impersonate identities or create misleading content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to access unauthorized systems or interfere with the Service's infrastructure

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any use we deem inappropriate or harmful.

walinks offers three payment plans: Starter ($4.99 USD/mo), Pro ($9.99 USD/mo), and Business ($24.99 USD/mo), all available on a monthly or annual basis.

• The subscription renews automatically until cancelled
• You can cancel at any time from your dashboard
• No refunds for partial billing periods, unless required by applicable law
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice
• In case of non-payment, access to paid features will be suspended until payment is resolved

Payments are securely processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card data.

The Service, including its design, code, and brand, is owned by Bitslab. Reproduction or distribution without express authorization is prohibited.

The links, messages, and content you create through the Service remain your property. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and display that content solely to provide the Service.

walinks.co is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Meta Platforms, Inc. or WhatsApp. WhatsApp is a registered trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bitslab shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

We are not responsible for content created, shared, or distributed by users through links generated on our platform. Each user assumes full responsibility for their use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we determine your use poses a risk to the Service or other users.

Upon account termination, active links may be deactivated. You may request account deletion at any time by writing to legal@walinks.co.

Service discontinuation: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (in whole or in part) at any time, with at least 30 calendar days' notice to users with an active subscription. In the event of full Service discontinuation:

• Users with annual subscriptions will receive a proportional (pro-rata) refund for the full unused months remaining in their current billing period
• Users with monthly subscriptions will not receive a refund if discontinuation occurs after the renewal date
• A reasonable period will be provided for users to export or back up their data before shutdown
• Privacy and data protection obligations will survive termination of the Service

This clause does not affect any rights granted to the consumer by applicable law.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email (if you have an account) or through a notice on the Service at least 15 days in advance.

Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any disputes related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through arbitration or in the competent courts of Mexico.
